Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms before booking your Kashmir tour

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by IITC for Holidays. A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be paid 15 days before the departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used for booking.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents including passport, visa, and any other required documents. IITC for Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising due to invalid or missing travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. IITC for Holidays can assist in arranging travel insurance, but it is not included in the tour package unless specifically mentioned.

6. Force Majeure

IITC for Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Liability

IITC for Holidays acts as an agent for various service providers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

8. Changes to Itinerary

IITC for Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.

9. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before traveling to high-altitude destinations like Kashmir and Ladakh.

10. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to our local representative or to our office. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
